Age Verification Policy: phmines strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Player found to have provided false information regarding age during registration will have their account permanently closed, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to identity verification. phmines cooperates fully with PAGCOR in reporting underage gambling attempts.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one phmines account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund of any balance.

phmines reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any time for security purposes, including when unusual activity is detected on an account. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable period may result in temporary account restriction.
phmines accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to minimum and maximum deposit amounts as published on the Platform. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.
Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). phmines does not accept deposits denominated in foreign currency. Any currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
phmines reserves the right to reject any deposit transaction that it reasonably suspects to be related to unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized use of a third party's payment method. In such cases, phmines may freeze the relevant account pending investigation and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.
Anti-Money Laundering: phmines complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR AML guidelines. Players may be required to provide source-of-funds documentation for large deposits as part of ongoing compliance obligations.
Withdrawals from your phmines account are subject to the following conditions:

Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) target same-business-day processing for verified accounts. Upon termination for cause, phmines reserves the right to withhold or void any balance, winnings, or bonuses in the account. If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators. If the matter cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's processes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits phmines's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect the interests of phmines or its Players.
